Destination Pagoda - Sydney Launch and Colong AGM

Gardens of Stone: Living landscape - a documentary on the Gardens of Stone campaign and a report - Destination Pagoda, that presents the area as a visitor opportunity. The Colong Foundation AGM will follow at 7.15pm

Join us on Tuesday April 16th from 6.00pm in the Mitchell Theatre, Level 1, Sydney Mechanics’ School of Arts, 280 Pitt Street Sydney of launch Gardens of Stone: Living landscape - the documentary by Tom Zubrycki that tells the story of the Gardens of Stone and then Ian Brown who, along with Beth Dudly-Bestow, will outline Destination Pagoda, a program to create an iconic must see visitor destination for Lithgow. This event shall run for approximately an hour.

Light refreshments will then be served afterwards so we can discuss the implications of the documentary film and visionary program that celebrates this spectacular region.

After the break, for those interested, the Colong Foundation AGM will be convened at 7.15pm to:

a)  Consider the minutes of the preceding AGM;

b)  Receive and consider the 2018 auditor and annual reports of the Colong Foundation;

c)  Elect a Board of Directors for the ensuing year, including Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson, Secretary,
     Treasurer and an Auditor, nominations for which should be received by Thursday April 3rd 2018;

d)  Appoint and fix remuneration for the Auditor;

e)  Set the annual subscription fee;

f)   Consider any other motion received in the hands of the Hon. Secretary by Thursday April 3rd 2018.
