Bimberi Wilderness straddles the ACT - NSW border and well 
demonstrates the need for tri-state national park management. 
In the ACT feral horses are eradicated due to the damage they 
cause, but NSW is undermining this pro-conservation stance by 
adopting ineffective feral horse mustering programs.
